You will immediately receive your cover note. Shortly after, we will send an e-mail confirmation to the address indicated by you.

Please enter the date of entry here. If you do not yet know the exact date of entry, please enter the expected date of entry. We will then send you a confirmation of insurance with this date for presentation to the authorities.
Unless we hear otherwise from you, the insurance and premium payment will commence on the date indicated. If the date of entry changes, please let us know. If the actual date of entry differs only by a few days from the originally planned date of entry, a phone call or a short e-mail is sufficient.
If the notification is received more than 14 days after the originally planned date of entry, we will require proof of entry (passport copy or ticket).
Sometimes the exact date of departure is not yet known. In this case, please apply for the maximum planned period of time.
If you leave earlier or change to the statutory health insurance, please inform us immediately. We will then not collect any further premiums and transfer back any overpaid premiums immediately and without deduction of an administration fee.
